  1. I ran longer then I did last week! I tried a new recipe and loved it! It is only Wednesday and it is already the weekend for me! It's my baby's 10th birthday tomorrow! One small bump... we all had a flue bug, but that is gone now too! Having a great week!

  2. I am getting back on track with the exercise. School has been keeping me busy. Learning about balance in my life and saying no to things when I don't want to.

  3. I was soo happy to se 137 this morning :)
    Protein shakes.... Keep the hungries away and are so much easier to control my portions
