I write about my health because… I have a real voice. I am a real person. I have a real struggle. I know what to do and I need support to get where I need to do. I write because I need to say something that I cannot say out loud. Bit everyone wants to talk about weight loss and no one wants to discuss fitness all the times. I write about health because I do not want to be fat forever. I write because I know that people can relate to me and we can all learn from each other.
