  1. My week has been pretty good Still going strong with insanity and my healthy eating. I did eat out last night, but I saved calories for it all day yesterday. My advice for the fallen is to take one day, one min. at a time. If you fail one day realize that it doesn't define the next day, each day is a new start and a chance to get back in the groove. You can do it and it is worth how amazing you feel when you get back in the groove and are consistent. You guys are amazing and keep it up!

  4. I totally failed at the no sweets thing, but the rest of my goals are going strong and well. Still getting up and moving everyday eating all those veggies. I wish I had the magic advice to give everyone to keep going and how to stay on track. But I don't. As Dori would say "Just keep swimming, just keep swimming" Or should I say Just keep trying, just keep trying. You can do it.

  5. This has seriously been one of my best weeks ever - first I wrote about my loss of the week here: http://6monthtransformation.blogspot.com/2012/01/and-suspense-is-over.html

And then I wrote about being in the zone here: http://6monthtransformation.blogspot.com/2012/01/in-zone.html

A friend asked me what I thought had finally clicked and I said ultimately I think it's been my high level of activity in blogland lately. Seeing everyone's success and struggles, and the way they overcome things has really been a huge inspiration and motivating factor, and has really allowed me to keep my focus 100% on this journey.

If you've fallen, I suggest finding one or two close blog friends to connect with and send a few emails back and forth or something - sometimes that extra level of personal attention can help us talk through what our weaknesses are. Once you identify them, you can begin to change them.

  7. Advice: Just stick with it! That's what I'm having to do. I've been trying to lose weight for 7 weeks now and I've only had a loss 2 of those weeks! Haha..

  8. Advice? Stay the course. Take one day, one meal at a time. Move your body today. Drink your water today. If your plan is not working, change it up. Just don't quit.
