  1. Happy HUMP DAY HOMIES!!! TGIW..... LOL. Things here are ok... I am doing more and I even went completed a 60 mins Zumba class that kicked my butt. My buddy is my daughter MJE and we are thinning about doing a video blog 2gthr. I want to give her all the help I can. So all in all ,... this week is good ..

  2. I was struggling BIG TIME but I am back to what works 100% and I am feeling good about my choice. Weight Watchers old point system worked for me so I am back at it with no modifications....I always seem to want to be tweeking stuff, even when it is working...
